I like, in a way, how the entire stock sleeper was used. Trucks w/ hi-rise sleepers are WAY easier to find than mid-roof sleepers or decent daycabs. Very nice!

....so wick....is there a break between the cab/sleeper and the Coach-or is that tied together? did they remove your cab air suspension? Is your decalrama a standard thing withShowhauler?Gladyourtanks are uncovered and have easy access from side of tractor....saw a trucfire on Sunday on good old I-75 and the FD was spraying the tanks from the back to reduce fire spread....wasn't too effective as you can imagine.....which Freightliner model cab did you use? Was it used or new?can't possibly tell from pix is looks so good! any inside pix? I want to see new colors I've heard about.....purple and dk gray?....or a medium gray and a dried blood red?... I have a designer from the DAAP program at University of Cincinnati working for me now.....here comes the color changes....I'll miss my ultra white and green-Oh well!....geofaye

Geof,
The opening from the cab to the sleeper is quite large and the cab air ride was removed. The stripping is part of Show Hauler's graphics package. They have 8 or 10 different ones to choose from, or you can paint the entire unit. I am not sure that I like the tanks the way they are. I am going to get them polished this coming week and see how I like it. The model cab was a Century Condo unit (c120). It is a 2000 model that had a little over 541,000 miles on it. We had the entire drive train gone thru at the time of purchase and have an engine warranty of 100,000 miles and the remainder of the drive train warranties of 750,000. Total cost of the truck was 28,960. I have since added new aluminum rear wheels and the chrome bumper.

I forgot to mention that the driver and passenger seats are brand new. They are the Bostrom "Wide Ride" Ultra Leather, High Back, dual arm rest, swivel air ride. And they are THE MOST COMFORTABLE SEATS that I have ever riden or driven in!!!!!!

Sounds like a real "seat of the pants" impression to me!
I guess a bit of research is in order......
How is the lower back, or lumbar, support? Is it adjustable?
By its name "Wide Ride", is it intended for some of us more substantially-built gentlemen?
Thanks Wick!
Gary

Gary,
The seats have dual adjustable air lumbar/lower back chambers. You can get it set just the way you like. Yes the "Wide Ride" is a wider seat for the more "substantially-built gentlemen"
. The ultra Leather makes for a very comfortable seat.
I will get more pictures of the inside as soon as we are finished with the sleeper.
