I like how the wide angle shots here make the interior look wider than how your brains sees it. The silver exterior with tinted glass make them look space age. If it had a tail fin, it would like like a rocket ship.

.....airstream was ahead of it's time....but Thor took them over and quality went down the toilet but the price went through the roof. One had to evaluate what one can't see...like frame rust out and insulation-which sinks down in cavity and leaves the top 1/3 with no insulation of any kind.....I stripped out a 1973 with mold and replaced the rusted parts of the frame and re-insulated with polyisocyanate board and spray can foam....2 week project and a PIA...but I sold it for 4k to a guy that had a ton of kids and loved to camp.....also replaced the floor it was rotten in the toilet area....geofkaye
