I am currently in the process of trying to purchase a used toterhome. I have been approved by the bank and they are trying to determine what the value of the toterhome is. I have send them to various sites with similar items to the one i am purchasing so they can get an idea. Is there a better way for me to point them into the right direction?

cjsracing, It may be hard to get finaning unless you go to a lender that knows these units. NADA does not have correct or accurate data, so they don't come close to the true used value. Renegade is in the process of accumulating historical data from dealers in order to submit to NADA to help correct their info.

Thanks, I was able to get financing though my bank. What they did for a valuation was have a dealer in the area that the seller was give his opinion on the trade in and retail value.
